Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TLUP Command Centre. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

TLUP Command Centre ("TLUP", "we", "us") provides a Personal Command Centre (free) and a Business Command Centre (paid plans) for tracking money, invoicing, clients, reports and related tools.
TLUP is a record-keeping and organisational tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the service.

The Personal Command Centre is free. Business plans (TLUP Professional and TLUP AI) are billed in Canadian dollars, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe.
New Business subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews automatically and your payment method is charged.
You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing. Cancelling during the trial means you are not charged; cancelling a paid plan stops renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
The Personal Command Centre is free forever with no usage caps. The Business Command Centre requires a TLUP Professional or TLUP AI plan. Both Business plans include unlimited clients, invoices and transactions, and both offer a 30-day free trial that requires a payment method.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to access other accounts or our systems, no uploading malicious files, and no sending spam through the email features.
Invoice emails and reminders are sent only when you trigger them, to recipients you choose. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to email your clients.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You own your data. We claim no rights over the records you enter beyond what is needed to operate the service.
You can export your data at any time, and the app requires an export before a business is deleted.
Share Reports links you create are accessible to anyone with the link until they expire or you revoke them. Share them only with people you trust.

AI-plan insights and recommendations are generated automatically from your figures and may be incomplete or wrong. They are prompts for your own judgement, not professional advice, and you should verify anything you act on.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give notice and you may cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
